Looking for pet-friendly apartments in Amarillo? Look no further than Country Club Villas Apartments! As one of the few pet-friendly communities in the area, we proudly allow cats and dogs here at Country Club Villas as one of our great amenities. Now your pet has the opportunity to relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home.
OUR PET POLICY
- Country Club Villas Apartments in Amarillo allows dogs, cats, and large birds (Parrots, Cockatiels, Sun Conures, or other birds often let out of cages)
- We welcome pets upon approval
- No more than two (2) pets with combined weight of 100 pounds per apartment
- Unauthorized pets found in your apartment home will be subject to a $100 monthly fee up until the date the lessee registers the pets and pays the required pet fee/deposit
- We do not accept Pit Bull, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Wolf Dog, or any mix of these breeds. Property staff reserves the exclusive right to make the final determination as to dog breed.
- No deposit is required for small birds, turtles, hamsters, guinea pigs, and fish aquariums 5 gallons or less.
PET FEES
- $400 non-refundable pet fee 1st pet + $300 additional for 2nd pet
- $35 per month per pet
