Looking for pet-friendly apartments in Amarillo? Look no further than Country Club Villas Apartments! As one of the few pet-friendly communities in the area, we proudly allow cats and dogs here at Country Club Villas as one of our great amenities. Now your pet has the opportunity to relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home.

OUR PET POLICY

Limit of 2 pets per apartment.
Pets may be dogs, cats, or large birds (Parrots, Cockatiels, Sun Conures, or other birds often let out of cages). No more than two (2) pets with combined weight of 300 pounds per apartment. We do not accept Pit Bull, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Wolf Dog, or any mix of these breeds. Property staff reserve the exclusive right to make final determination as to dog breed.
No deposit is required for small birds, turtles, hamsters, guinea pigs, and fish aquariums 5 gallons or less.
The following pets are not authorized: snakes, lizards, sugar gliders, flying squirrels, chinchillas, ferrets, reptiles, amphibians, rodents, or venomous animals of any kind.

Please review the Animal Addendum for the full pet policy. We comply with all Fair Housing requirements. Valid service and/or support animals are not considered pets and are not subject to the pet policy.

$35 per month per pet

We went from living in the country with no close neighbors to living in an apartment at Country Club Villas. At first I kept thinking it's only temporary but after being there a couple of months I realized "hey this is home". The office and maintenance staff are great if you need anything. It is always communicated if water has to be turned off or anything else going on. We get a prompt notice if a package has been delivered. The grounds are always nice and clean.

I’ve been here about a year and a half and my only complaint really is the parking as there is times I have needed to park at Walmart after a really late shift and the parking is completely full, the staff is always so kind. My apartment is amazing, the pool is refreshing. The gym could definitely use some more equipment! The younger generations would appreciate this apartment, it’s simple for just starting out. If I had to live in an apartment until the end of time, it would be here 100%
